Launch Event
The Launch Event was August 15, 2020. We asked people to register through Eventbrite, and received 107 reservations before the event! The following is what was advertised for the event:
Join us for the launch of Fargo Walking Tours and embark on a self-guided art or history walking tour of Downtown Fargo.
Spend the afternoon as a tourist in your own city! Explore Downtown Fargo by following one or several of our self-guided walking tours. Booths along the route will include:
- Supplies available to make your mark in Art Alley
- Meeting the creators of Fargo Walking Tours
- Insomnia Cookie coupons for the first 100 people
- Fargo Walking Tours stickers
Tours are all self-guided so you can adventure at your own pace and maintain safe social distancing. Come and go throughout the event duration, and reminder to bring a face mask if your plans include shopping!
